Case 1: Mr. Jones

Mr. Jones is a 72 year old African-American gentleman who comes to clinic complaining of fatigue and difficulty concentrating. He notes that he first noted this about six months ago but it has gotten progressively worse. His workup reveals that he is hypothyroid.
